And when the poker player has the winning hand at the poker table, he must consider giving a tip to the dealer. The tip may not be much, about $1, but it will still make a dent in the bankroll. With all the above expenses that the poker player has to pay, he will certainly have a difficult time making profits. He will need to win more poker games in order to recover his expenses.

Therefore, playing online poker is infinitely cheaper than playing in a land-based casino.
